Teachers Academy offers its regular teacher education programmes through both online and offline modes of study. The learning experience is carefully planned in both modes, with regular classes, academic guidance and continuous support from our faculty. Our online programmes are not limited to recorded lessons. Learners can attend live interactive sessions, use illustrated learning videos, take part in regular doubt-clearing sessions and receive regular academic mentorship from the faculty. They also have access to the Teachers Academy Learning App, which brings together recorded classes, learning materials and other academic resources to support their studies. Offline learners receive direct classroom teaching, face-to-face interaction with faculty and practical learning in a physical learning environment. The live classroom sessions are also recorded and made available through the Teachers Academy Learning App. If an offline learner misses a class because of personal reasons, the recorded session can be accessed through the app, allowing the learner to review the same lesson and continue learning without missing important academic content.
We also provide hard-copy study materials for eligible programmes. These are especially provided to online learners and are also available for selected offline programmes, including relevant Montessori Diploma and Postgraduate Montessori programmes. The availability of printed study materials depends on the programme. Whether the programme is studied online or offline, learners follow the prescribed syllabus, academic requirements and learning outcomes of their course. The mode of study refers only to how the learning is delivered; it does not change the nature of the regular programme or the certificate awarded after successful completion.
At Teachers Academy, our faculty team includes qualified, trained and experienced educators. Many of our Montessori faculty members hold MMI qualifications and have received detailed training in the Montessori approach, prepared environment, Montessori materials and practical classroom activities under MMI guidance.
Our faculty members also have strong academic backgrounds, including degree-level qualifications, along with experience in teacher education and classroom learning. Their practical knowledge helps trainees understand both Montessori theory and its application in real learning environments.
We also value friendly and supportive teaching. Our faculty are approachable and motivated, encouraging trainees to ask questions, clear their doubts and develop their skills with confidence. Through experienced faculty, academic guidance, practical teaching and continuous mentorship, Teachers Academy aims to prepare knowledgeable, confident and professionally ready educators.
Teachers Academy provides continuous, interactive Communicative English training to trainees across our teacher education programmes at no additional cost. This unique learning support is designed to strengthen the English communication skills that modern teachers need to succeed in today’s competitive educational environment, including high-standard schools and international learning settings.
Through regular interactive sessions, trainees develop confidence in speaking English, explaining concepts clearly, communicating with students and colleagues, handling teaching interviews and conducting classroom sessions effectively. The training helps them move beyond simply knowing English and develop the practical communication skills required to use English confidently as a teaching and professional language.
The sessions are supported by our in-house trainers and, where appropriate, experienced external trainers, providing learners with continuous opportunities to practise and improve. By integrating Communicative English training throughout the course, Teachers Academy aims to prepare trainees not only with a teacher training qualification, but also with the communication skills, confidence and professional readiness needed to pursue wider teaching and career opportunities.
Teachers Academy provides continuous academic and practical support throughout the learning journey. Trainees receive regular academic guidance, mentorship and doubt-clearing support from faculty, helping them understand their subjects clearly and stay connected with their learning progress.
Our programmes encourage learners to apply theoretical knowledge through classroom activities, practical assignments, teaching demonstrations, observation and teaching practice wherever applicable to the programme. Trainees are guided in lesson preparation, teaching methods, classroom management, child observation, use of teaching-learning materials and other practical aspects of the teaching profession.
Through this combination of academic guidance and practical learning, trainees gradually develop subject knowledge, teaching skills, classroom confidence and professional awareness. The aim is to help every learner move beyond simply completing a teacher training course and become better prepared for real educational environments and future teaching responsibilities.
Teachers Academy gives special importance to preparing trainees for real teaching careers. Along with academic and practical teacher training, learners receive Interview-Cracking Support & Training to help them approach teaching interviews with greater confidence and professionalism.
The training covers interview techniques, mock interviews, communication and presentation skills, confidence building, professional behavior and practical guidance for handling teaching interviews. Learners are also guided on how to present their qualifications, explain teaching concepts clearly and respond effectively to common interview situations.
We also conduct workshops, FDP (Faculty Development Programme) sessions and other career-focused activities that help trainees strengthen their professional knowledge and stay connected with current developments in the education sector. These initiatives are designed to develop high-demand skills relevant to today’s teaching careers and improve learners’ overall career readiness.
Through continuous interview preparation, professional skill development and career guidance, Teachers Academy aims to help trainees move confidently from teacher training to employment opportunities and build a strong foundation for their teaching careers.
Teachers Academy provides 100% placement assistance with dedicated career support to help trainees move from teacher training towards suitable employment opportunities. Our placement team supports learners with career guidance, information about relevant teaching opportunities and practical preparation for the recruitment process.
Our career support includes Interview-Cracking Support & Training, mock interviews, interview techniques, communication and presentation skills, confidence building, professional behaviour, resume/CV guidance and preparation for teaching interviews. Workshops, FDP (Faculty Development Programme) sessions and other career-focused activities also help trainees develop high-demand, job-relevant skills for today’s teaching careers.
Our aim is not simply to provide information about vacancies, but to help trainees become better prepared to identify opportunities, approach employers confidently and perform effectively during the selection process. Through continuous career guidance, interview preparation and placement assistance, Teachers Academy supports trainees in pursuing teaching opportunities and building their professional careers.
